Josh has grown up learning about the Real Estate industry from his father since the age of five. Born and raised in Charlotte he knows the market like the back of his hand.
In 2016 Josh graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a degree in Business Administration (Finance Concentration). In early 2015 Josh joined forces with his father's firm after obtaining his North Carolina Real Estate License. Since arriving at the firm Josh has brought his positive attitude and lively energy into the market to help deliver the absolute best service to his clients.

Married for 28 years, my wife is a Registered Nurse, 1 adult age daughter & 1 daughter @ Providence High School. Hobbies include collector cars, investment property, renovation/resale.
Native Charlottean! Grew up in a small middle class neighborhood in North Mecklenburg. Graduate of Independence High School with further studies at NC State. Spent 30 years in Sales/Management with a couple of Fortune 500 companies then partner in an Industrial Products Sales, LLC. During my Industrial career, I experienced several personal Real Estate home purchases with my Realtor-Geoff Campbell. My wife and I sought an individual with integrity and vast Real Estate knowledge. Geoff, delivered! Geoff became a good friend and colleague who inspired me to apply my knowledge and love for Charlotte to serve our unique melting pot of people and businesses. In February 1999 earned my NC Real Estate license and joined Geoff Campbell Realty, Inc., part-time and gradualIy full-time. Lynn is a special needs assistant at CMS and we have two great sons, Chris and Joe, graduates of App State and UNCG.
